I served this at a Sample Saturday, and everyone from age 3 to grown up loved it! The base is butter pecan ice cream in a flaky pie shell. That is topped with a traditional spiced pumpkin pie filling that is blended with fresh whipped cream. It is served drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce which makes it even more festive.
