This is a lovely recipe from my Aunt Lou. Made with local honey the filling is loaded with chopped pecans and poured over a shortbread crust. They are light and sweet, and their small size justifies eating more than one! Versatile enough to serve at brunch or an evening party. $10.00 a dozen
